Beauty Training & Online Education

We provide professional beauty training, business education, mentoring, online courses and digital educational offers for beauty professionals and aspiring beauty entrepreneurs.

Training may be provided online or in person, depending on the course or program.

Abby M Exclusive Beauty Network

The Beauty Network is an online platform designed to connect customers with beauty businesses, beauty professionals, suppliers, academies and other beauty-related businesses in Ghana.

Beauty businesses can create a free business listing to showcase their business, services and contact information.

Businesses may also purchase paid advertising and promotional packages to increase their visibility and reach potential customers through the platform.

Listed businesses remain independent businesses and are responsible for their own products, services, pricing, customer service and any transactions conducted directly with their customers.

Payments

Payments for services provided directly by Abby M Exclusive, including training courses, online courses, digital products, business listings, advertising and promotional services, may be processed securely through Paystack.

Customers do not purchase products or services from listed businesses directly through the Abby M Exclusive platform.

Business Registration & Verification

Businesses registering on the Beauty Network are required to provide accurate business and contact information.

Submitted information may be reviewed before a business listing is approved or published. Additional information or verification may be requested where necessary.

Wallets & Stored Funds

Abby M Exclusive does not operate customer or business wallets.

Users and listed businesses do not maintain stored balances on the platform, and funds are not transferred between platform wallets.

Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes

Refunds and cancellations for services purchased directly from Abby M Exclusive are handled according to the applicable terms provided at the time of purchase.

These terms may apply to training courses, online education, digital products, business listings, advertising and promotional services.

For transactions conducted directly between a customer and a listed beauty business, the respective business remains responsible for its own products, services, pricing, customer service and applicable customer policies.

Abby M Exclusive may assist with communication where appropriate, but does not currently process or settle payments between customers and listed businesses.

Current Business Model

Abby M Exclusive currently operates as a beauty education, training and business platform.

The Beauty Network provides business listings, visibility and advertising opportunities for independent beauty businesses and professionals.

The Beauty Network does not process or settle payments between customers and independent businesses listed on the platform.

Any future marketplace, third-party payment, gift voucher or vendor settlement functionality will be introduced separately and will be subject to additional terms and conditions and applicable payment arrangements.
